EXCHANGES + RETURNS

We of course hope you'll be happy with your purchase from North End but in the event that you're not, we do accept returns. Exceptions: bodysuits, bralettes and bandanas are not eligible for return. Anything purchased with a special code or discount is considered FINAL SALE and is not returnable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

ONLINE RETURNS 
Orders may be returned as long as your return package is postmarked within 10 days of the date that your order tracking indicates that the product was delivered. If your returned items are shipped back to North End beyond the qualifying return window, we reserve the right to reject the package and the return. 

Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain all labels, seals, stickers, or any other form of usage indicator that were in place on the merchandise when it was shipped. In order to qualify for a return, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging, include all original packaging and documentation, and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse. Goods that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted. North End is not responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise and is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment. 

 

If you wish to return an item:

1. Email info@northendca.com for a return authorization (RA) number and return mailing address. Please include your invoice number, items you are returning and reason(s) for return.

2. As soon as you have this RA number, ship back your unwanted items WITHIN 10 DAYS of the day you received them using an insured shipper, as we are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card you used to make your purchase the same day we receive the return.

Please be sure to include: 

-your RA number clearly written on the outside of the box for our reference

-a copy of your original receipt with the item(s) you’d like to return clearly circled

ONLINE EXCHANGES

North End products are eligible for return and refund. North End items may not be exchanged or returned for store credit/gift cards. If you have received an item from the North End product lines, but would like to change that item for a different style, you must simply return your item for a refund, and then purchase your new selection via a separate transaction. Upon the valid return of your item, you will be refunded via your original form of payment and your new item will be shipped.

BRICK & MORTAR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

North End products are eligible for return and refund or for exchange if your items are returned  within 7 days of purchase from our brick & mortar with proof of receipt. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original tags, or show apparent signs of use or abuse.
